Interview with Juliane Schiel: “Work always contains coercion”

In an Interview with the University of Vienna’s magazine “uni:view”, our Action Chair Juliane Schiel talks about the relation between labour and coercion, her own research  on labour and gender in 15th-century Venice, and introduces a public audience to our COST Action.  Moreover, she takes part in discussing the University’s “Question of the Semester”, an initiative to enable discussions across disciplines about topics of societal relevance: “What do we still value?”
